Our sacred mushroom & cacao ceremonies are offered legally, under religious freedom protections and legal rights to responsibly use sacraments in bona fide religious ceremonies pursuant to sincerely-held religious beliefs and/or in jurisdictions in which their use is legal and supported.​ We affirm our rights to responsibly use sacraments in ways that are exempted from the federal Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. § 801, et seq.) and any applicable state controlled substances acts. We affirm our legal rights, under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, the federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 (42 USC § 2000bb, et seq.), and other applicable state laws, to responsibly use sacraments in bona fide religious ceremony pursuant to sincerely held religious beliefs, including sacraments that are scheduled under federal and state law. We respectfully assert our rights to seek attorney’s fees and other damages to the extent any private or governmental actor impinges on our rights to safely and responsibly practice our religion.
